GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – E-SHOP (B2C)
These terms govern the relationship between Huprfishing s.r.o., Podvalí 707, 75101 Tovačov, Company ID: 24092371, VAT ID: CZ24092371 registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, Insert 102072 and the consumer.
I. Introduction
These terms are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
II. Order and Contract Conclusion
Placing an order through the e-shop is a proposal to conclude a contract.
The contract is formed by confirming the order.

III. Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment options: bank transfer, card, cash on delivery.

IV. Withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts from the day of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
The costs of return are covered by the consumer.

V. Complaint
The consumer has the right to claim a defect that appears within 24 months of receipt.
The complaint will be processed within 30 days.

The consumer pays the shipping costs.

VI. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
