2. Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing through the online store https://huprfishing.com.
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is formed by the seller's confirmation of the order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT and all statutory fees.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the order in case of an obvious pricing error or unavailability of goods.
4. Payment Terms
The buyer can use the following payment methods:
- online by credit card,
- Apple Pay,
- bank transfer,
- cash on delivery.
Online payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway.
5. Delivery Terms
The goods are delivered via the carriers Zásilkovna and DPD.
The usual delivery time is 1–5 business days.
The buyer is obliged to accept the shipment.
Failure to accept the delivery without withdrawing from the contract may be considered a breach of the purchase agreement.6. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer can send the withdrawal electronically to the email info@huprfishing.cz.
The seller will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract in the same manner it was received, unless otherwise agreed.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature and properties.
7. Claims and rights from defective performance
The buyer has the right to make a claim in accordance with the Civil Code.
Complaints can be submitted via email to info@huprfishing.cz.
The seller will confirm receipt of the complaint and handle it without undue delay, no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The buyer has the right to defect removal, a reasonable discount, exchange of goods, or withdrawal from the contract in cases stipulated by law.

Data that may be processed include in particular:

- order details.
Data are processed for the purpose of:
- order fulfillment,
- compliance with legal obligations,
